Youth workers in social work pods having a positive impact on young people’s outcomes

Ofsted has highlighted a new social care good practice example from Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM). Ofsted identified in their single inspection, that pod-based youth workers are making a positive contribution to the engagement, and thus the improved outcomes, of young people.
