NIROMP Supporting Continuing Professional Development
You should always be looking for ways to improve your practice so you can provide the best possible support. Our Community of Practice sessions aim to enhance your knowledge, understanding and skills.
If you are uploading CPD to your Social Work England account, you must record a minimum of two pieces of CPD per registration year. Do not upload all your CPD records as one document. You must answer all the questions on the Social Work England CPD forms.
Attendance at a NIROMP Community of Practice session can be used to demonstrate your achievement of CPD Standards such as:
- Feedback (4.1)
- Supervision (4.2)
- Research, theories and frameworks (4.3)
- Subject knowledge and awareness of current issues (4.4)
- Open and creative learning culture (4.5)
- Reflection (4.6)
- Recording your learning (4.7)
- Values and ethics (4.8)
