New date added – Don’t miss this opportunity to enhance your understanding and application of relational practice in adolescent safeguarding:
22nd May, 12 – 1.30pm. Focus: ‘Creating conducive conditions for relational practice to flourish in our adolescent safeguarding systems’. In collaboration with Colin Michel (facilitator, consultant and researcher) and Luke Billingham (youth worker and researcher). This interactive session will explore the challenges of applying relational practice in different contexts, including within our work with children in care, and multi-agency safeguarding arrangements. Topics for exploration will include organisational culture, reflective practice, and tools for relational working.
