NIROMP Communities of Practice

We give strong emphasis on leadership of the community of IROs by learning from each other and sharing what works. All events are held online via M-Teams and are provided at no cost. Our community brings together IROs and IRO leaders and managers with a range of experience, skills and subject matter expertise.

We believe in the power of collaboration and share a common goal to create positive change together with the aim of ultimately improving the lives of children and young people in care and adults with care experience.

NIROMP is a a non-fee paying leadership group for Independent Reviewing Officers and IRO Managers achieved through good will, voluntary unpaid efforts and collaboration.

NIROMP Communities of Practice are for practicing Independent Reviewing Officers and those who manage them. Information about forthcoming events is provided at the foot of this page. Where indicated, sessions are opened up to wider groups.
