New factsheets launched by The Who Cares? Trust

Three great new free factsheets have been launched by The Who Cares? Trust in response to key issues that are being raised by callers to the charity’s Care Advice Line:

  1. All about the money, focusing on financial support that care leavers are entitled to or can apply for
  2. The name game, which introduces children and young people in care to the different professionals who they might meet from Children’s Services
  3. Pathway to success, which explains what a pathway plan is and how to get the most from one.

The factsheets are free to download, print off and keep and you are free to share them with colleagues and the young people with whom you work. Please acknowledge The Who Cares? Trust as the source.

Our mission is to help bring about improvements in practice and policy. Holding children at the centre of what we do through our work with and for them, we aim to lead and promote excellent care and services. The partnership consists of an elected Chair and elected Regional Leads who represent their regions at a national level (two from each of the nine regions within England).
