Reflections at the Heart of Social Work – Adults PSW Network #WSWD17

Courtesy of the Adult Principal Social Work Network for England:

There is much to reflect on in this eBook. You may not agree with all the blogs you may love some of them but they will all make you think. At the PSW network we are keen to uphold the tradition of reflective essay writing and the pamphlet movements of social change from history. The modern answer is the Blog, so please immerse yourself in them, debate them in the office and online but most importantly reflect on them and drive your practice and positive impact forward.

Also, read and hear the message from Chief Social Worker for Children & Families, Isabelle Trowler:

And a message from BASW:

Our mission is to help bring about improvements in practice and policy. Holding children at the centre of what we do through our work with and for them, we aim to lead and promote excellent care and services. The partnership consists of an elected Chair and elected Regional Leads who represent their regions at a national level (two from each of the nine regions within England).
