The Care Review has officially started, and now has a website. Members of the Experts by Experience group are revealed, including:
- Jerome Harvey-Agyei, founder of the Tope Project (and ChildFair State Sounding Board member)
- Angela Frazer-Wicks, Chair of Family Rights Group
- Judith Denton, Chair of the Black Care Experience
- Chloe Robinson, 17, who is in care in Cumbria
- David Akinsanya, spokesperson and social work trainer
