Disrupting the Routes Between Care and Custody for Girls and Women – new report

A new report by Dr Claire Fitzpatrick and Dr Katie Hunter (both CFJ) and Dr Julie Shaw (Liverpool John Moores University) and Dr Jo Staines (University of Bristol) was published on 4th May. Funded by the Nuffield Foundation, the research explored the neglected experiences of women from care, as well as those of care-experienced girls and women in the community with youth justice experience.  The full report, an executive summary, and a policy briefing are available to download now.
