View from the President’s Chambers

By publishing a written overview, my aim is for this to be available at the same time to anyone and everyone who is interested in Family Justice, whether or not they may attend any of the events that I have mentioned. I therefore intend to honour that stated intention and to use this, my second ‘View from the President’s Chambers’, to deliver my perspective on the current state of affairs so far as the Family Justice system is concerned.

Sector leads are agreed about the need for change.

A consultation is to be launched. It will close by October with a view to firm proposals for change being developed during the autumn and implemented soon thereafter. We’ll keep keep you posted on developments.
