ExChange Wales has launched a Spring conference series with the theme reducing the need for children to be in care. Included in the conference is a webinar on 13 May 2021discussing the NSPCC Reunification Practice Framework, an evidence-informed framework to make safe permanence decisions for children in care. The series also includes a blog discussing the Graded Care Profile 2 (GCP2), a tool designed by a community paediatrician, Dr OP Srivastava, and the NSPCC that helps practitioners understand the quality of care children receive and identify areas of good but also neglectful parenting.
