The Family Justice Council held its 12th Annual Debate and panel discussion in Leeds on Monday, 3 December 2018.

The topic for the debate was the use of covert recordings in family law. The motion read:

‘Nothing to hide – what’s wrong with covert recordings?’

The event was chaired by Lord Justice Baker, Lord Justice of Appeal and Deputy Chair of the Family Justice Council.
