This latest audit tool has been developed as part of NIROMP’s audit / improvement work – to contribute towards our strategic priority: “Secure Love and Care”.
We recommend that this audit tool is used by IROs to support and quality assure the progress of permanence plans presented to the child’s second statutory care plan review.
We hope it will complement existing tools used by IRO services. Please feel free to adapt the tool and to add your local authority logo as you see fit.
